Customer Site Visits

We are also pleased to visit customer sites, to review their current applications or requirements, and provide a complete site survey service of all a customer's current bearing requirements. This enables us to quickly and accurately identify the type of bearings and understand the application, the operating conditions and consequently the requirements moving forward.. Assisting our customers with the selection of suitable fluid film bearings for their design or application is another part of the support we offer, so they enjoy the security of knowing the correct bearings are being specified for each and every project.

Database & Archive

Using both our electronic customer database and contractual documentation library which is continually maintained, we have access to all technical and commercial information for every RENK bearing supplied into the UK and Ireland for the last 40 years. From the unique bearing ID number, we are able to immediately identify and supply information such as operational and performance data, full bearing assembly and parts drawings, spare parts lists, and commercial proposals for full replacement bearings and any replacement spare parts.
